| Quote: "It’s a sad day. 17m will be slashed from school budgets in my area from next year now the tories have remained in power. With 3 kids in school I feel sorry for them.
Oh well, at least it means we have less brown people coming in, stealing our jobs'"
What's the UK election got to do with Perpignan/Kiev Jean?
I've read the election thread on here along with this one and I'm amazed no-one appears to have mentioned downright bigotry and racism as the key factor in this result.
The vast majority of all those f*ckwits that voted Leave in 2016 did so as they finally had a 'legitimate reason" to air their closeted bigotry in a democratic manner. The same f"ckwits jumped ship from Labour to the Tories on Thursday to "Get Brexit Done". I've seen and heard enough of it in my local area to validate this and I'm pretty disgusted with our so-called "Great" British nation.
Boris, like Putin and Trump, is a bigoted, racist, narcissistic, mysoginist. I fear for the future generations I really do with these lunatics in charge of some of the global superpowers.
As for the Northern working class who've sh*t all over their own, do us all a favour and don't come back to vote Labour in the future, you 2 faced cowards. I'm sure Boris & Tommy Robinson are more than happy to have you.
Oh and no I'm not a Corbyn fan and he needs to take a massive portion of the blame. Saying that, I cast my vote on party policies and not the party leader.

Wow that's a lot of "" ists". And therein lies the problem. Everybody is classified as an "ist" if they don't agree with your woke, socialist point of view. Can you not just accept that people may just have a different opinion to yourself without resorting to labelling people as racist or bigoted.
You are Gordon Brown and I claim my £5

Sorry I must have imagined all the racial slurs, "they've taken our jobs" comments etc etc. My bad.
This country has a major problem and too many people bury their head in the sand.
I'd like you to show me some evidence that Johnson, Putin & Trump aren't any of what I've listed. It's there for all to see, it those that can relate to those types of views are ignorant enough to ignore it
PS. I'm not a Socialist. I'm probably slightly right of centre Left if I'm honest. I was just brought up in an extremely multicultural area where race, religion, colour wasn't an issue. Unfortunately, this country has gone to the dogs and I'm embarrassed of the general ignorance of a high proportion of the population.

Another crushing defeat and they STILL don't get it.
Since the early 2000's anyone questioning mass immigration...
Since 2010 anyone voting Conservative...
Since the mid-2010s anyone questioning the EU...
Since 2016 anyone choosing Leave...
And of course now anyone not conforming with increasingly ridiculous 'woke' standards of PC...[sizeit's pronoun hell out there[/size
...are racist, xenophobic, bigots, stupid, intolerant, Nazis, and just plain wrong. Doesn't matter that many of Labour's traditional voters have been saying this - they've been shouted down, ignored, derided, belittled and accused. And yet when elections come around Labour still expect their votes.
Thursday was a massive middle finger to all of that. A Labour party and shadow cabinet full of whiny yet gobby snowflakes, anti-West/UK loons, anti-white racists with a very socialist agenda, and two Marxists at the helm. Nah.
Just because "my great-granddad was a miner and 35 years ago sh^t went down", doesn't mean the population of the North should blindly vote for Labour forever. My granddad was indeed a miner, long retired by 1984, with a terrible rasping lung disease that killed him. Would he vote for this lot? Doubt it.
I've been saying for years the traditional 'always voted Labour' ties are dying out. If Boris does a good job Labour are fooked for decades, especially if they allow the toxic mob currently driving the party to continue.

| Ok Cronus /Wotsupcas, one very simple question.....
What are the Tories going to do during their term that is going to benefit anyone that isn't privileged? I'm all ears....
The average working class person will get shafted royally by the Tories like they always do. They're a party for the elitist few.
As for me being a snowflake, sorry to disappoint princess but having Googled it I believe I need to be under 30 to qualify for such a compliment.
Oh and if it helps I agree immigration needs looking at. I don't, however, agree with a closed shop approach which a lot of Tories do. My dad is the founder of a charity for asylum seekers and as a supposed "progressive" Western nation we should be helping those in need. Does that mean a fully open border? No. But if people want to come into the country in order to escape persecution or to contribute to our society then too right they're welcome with open arms.
And if "we" (the average bigot) are worried about the strain on our emergency services etc I'd be more than happy to swap some of the native pond scum for any foreigner that wants to integrate.

I don't know why you troll, but having multiple accounts, claiming to live in many different places (countries, not just post codes) is a bit sad JEAN, or whatever your name is today.

| I have to laugh when people on the right, who support Brexit, blurt out the Marxist and Communist lines. I do wonder if they've ever read any Karl Marx, and if any of them actually know what the Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist) stance is on leaving the EU, and immigration?
The Communist Party of Britain (Marxist–Leninist) supported Brexit, from a left wing point of view (Lexit), during the 2016 referendum.
In a 2005 article, The Communist Party of Britain (Marxist–Leninist) opposed unskilled and low-skilled immigration, believing that mass immigration from Eastern Europe into Britain is a deliberate plan by the capitalist ruling class to use "cheap labour" to "undermine the wages and conditions of British workers". It also stressed concerns that this mass immigration was having the effect of impacting national infrastructure; schools, hospitals and transport; by overloading them, to the detriment of the indigenous working-class.
Any of that sound familiar? It could have almost been written by Cronus! Only the CPGB ML were advocating this nearly 15 years ago!
They do say that politics is a horseshoe, where the far left and far right are so close, but not quite in touch with each other.
So next time you're thinking of using the Marxist or Communist line as an insult to the left, just be a bit more aware that you're probably in the same boat. You might be rowing in different directions, but you're both heading for the same destination.

I remember my parents saying something about, the more left wing you go, the more right wing you become. It seems they were right.

The hard left are some of the most intolerant, aggressive, nasty people you could come across.
If we're doing quotes, here's one interpreted by many writers, thinkers and politicians in many languages over the years, versions of which have been attributed to Edmund Burke, Anselme Batbie, Victor Hugo, King Oscar II of Sweden, George Bernard Shaw, François Guizot, Georges Clemenceau, Benjamin Disraeli and of course Winston Churchill.
"if a person isn't a socialist by 25 they have no heart; if they're not a conservative by 35 they have no head."
Variants include:
"if a person isn't a socialist/liberal/revolutionary by 16/20/25 they have no heart; if they're still one/not a conservative by 35/40/60 they have no head."
RLFans is firm evidence of the theory.
