Don't be ridiculous, all one has to do is BELIEVE that something is working, for it to be so.
I expect IDS to be along shortly with another ridiculous rebuff on the lines of "I was a high ranking officer in the army you know, I can't possibly be wrong"

Add to that the extra staff that Housing Associations, Local Authorities etc. have had to hire specifically as a result of administering the bedroom tax.
I guess IDS "believes" that's all wrong as well.
You only need a quick glance at Wikipedia to see the false claims in IDS' CV about universities and colleges he (never) attended to know what sort of 2@ we're talking about.

Better still, have a read of the statement that was made to the HoC Select Committee on Standards and Privileges on the employment of IDS's wife in his parliamentary office, it dates back ten years to the time that he was leader of the party in opposition, but its fascinating to read about just what a he really is - and remember, this is not a journalist doing a hatchet job but a sworn statement to a HoC committee.

Although I was aware of the controversy around his wife's salary at public expense and the lack of evidence about her actually doing any work, I hadn't read that document.
Blimey !

I'll bet he didn't want to comment, what could he say other than "Yes, I am a reprehensible little-"
and then probably add, "But I don't care"

Makes me laugh, the Tories invited her over in the first place and supposedly endoursed her visit.

How w@nkers like him are dictating the political agenda presently is beyond belief.

They should have added that only Iain Duncan Smith (MSc Perugia ) is allowed to do that.

Their quote that the UN representative did at least meet with the Department and that Eric Pickles "popped his head around the door to say hello but we wouldn't exactly call it a meeting" (probably on his way to the tuck shop), is also at odds with the mouthpiece that is Grant Shapps who claimed on the BBC that she had not met with the department or introduced herself to any ministers at all - I can only imagine that when his strongly worded letter arrives at the UN it will be notated with a red pen and sent back to him with "0/10 See Me" written on the bottom.

Basically, they don't like ...
The EU (because it's European),
The European Court of Human Rights (see above, even though the lead judge on UK cases is usually, er, British),
UKIP (for being, essentially, Conservatives)
The electorate (for not giving them a mandate),
The UN (for criticising the bedroom tax and not automatically agreeing with missile attacks)
The IMF (for not beatifying Osborne)
Labour (for voting against Missile attacks on Syria and making Cameron look like a supercilious, arrogant idiot)
The Tory back benches (for voting against Missile attacks on Syria)
Justine Greening and Mark Simmonds (for discussing Uganda, oops sorry Rwanda, in a "soundproof room" and missing the vote)
The LibDems (for not being Conservative enough, you'd think they'd be grateful for a couple of ministerial limos)
The BBC (for not being right wing enough)
The poor, old and sick (for being poor, old and sick and costing money that could be better utilised making rich people richer)
There are probably more ...
