They cannot sack her that is down to the voters. They have suspended her from the party so she is now an independent but that is all they can do. What about the Conservative MP who was suspended after being found guilty of sexual harassment did they sack him, no they removed the whip. They have subsequently reinstated him which is another area of concern about how the governing party is behaving.
