| Quote: Sal Paradise "Very few leavers want a no deal Brexit - a few hardliners it will push the vote towards the Brexit party. Farage is despised - Boris is very popular for me its a win-win for Boris. There are what 25 in the ERG hardly a dominant force in the Tory party.'"
Comedy gold right there Sal, absolutely hilarious.
It's the ERG that did for Mrs May and have held their party to ransom.
As for "no deal", I think this is where we are heading if, either Farage wins a number of seats or, looks like threatening a Tory majority.
When you hear people bemoaning the fact that we havent left yet, a fair proportion do seem to want no deal.
Again, they appear to have been taken in by Farage's rhetoric but, I'm sure that they all fully understand exactly what they want
Remember, with a majority in single figures, it really doesn't take much to hold the government to ransom and those driving Brexit from within the Tory Party DO want no deal or, as close as they can get to that position.
Wake up and smell the coffee.

Didn't 200+ Labour MPs vote against May's deal 3 times or did I imagine that?
Farage hasn't been able to win a seat yet - he is no liked or trusted. Brexit might take some seats of Labour which will help but if the polls are correct and stay the way they are then Boris will not need him. Its a bit like remainers - they think the EU will remain exactly as it is now and our relationship with the EU will be exactly as it is - sadly we all know that will not be the case - as you say "wake up and smell the coffee"

| Ridiculously, the political party’s most in favour of staying in the EU (Lib Dem and Green) will probably enable Brexit.
The Brexit vote will be split 2 ways between Conservatives and Brexit Party.
The remain vote will be split 3 ways between Labour, Lib Dem and Green.
In Scotland/Wales the remain vote is split 4 ways.
How can Jo Swinson and Caroline Lucas justify that when their whole campaign is based on staying in the EU.
Surely they should be standing down their candidates where they are a distant 3rd or 4th

If Labour had voted for the deal it would have gone through - even you can't try and deflect that May's deal had all the protections they wanted and they still voted against it?

| It's all going so well for the Tories; highlights this week include Michael Gove using a fake Twitter account to amplify false claims of AS against Momentum: the party machine doctoring a video of Keir Starmer to create fake news: the Tories supressing the publication of a report about Russian interference in the EU referendum; Boris Johnson & Gove being referred to the CPS over the criminality of Vote Leave; and best of all, Jacob Rees-Mogg saying on LBC that the people who died in the Grenfell fire did so because they lacked common sense - made worse by the demonic dwarf Andrew Bridgen doubling down on that, by saying that clever people like Jacob, who definitely wouldn't die in a fire because he'd make his own escape arrangements, are in charge precisely *because* of that death by incineration avoiding brand of cleverness.
Dom must be chuffed to bits.

The scary thing is, he probably is, and so are his disciples. They either spend hours trying to debunk what everyone else has seen and heard with their own eyes and ears, or they use it to say the liberal/leftist media are ganging up on them, and they are in fact the victims in all of this. It's all going to plan.

| The Tories are getting all their skeletons out of the cupboard now and hoping to minimise the impact. To me they have hit the ground walking whilst Labour have hit the ground running. Labour have two big issues - financial credibility - whatever you say about austerity one thing you can't say is the Tories have been profligate with the monies and Corbyn.

They need to shut the cupboard door.
Although the modern world is, in general, far too intrusive in peoples lives, there isn't too much that can be kept secret these days and the cupboard will be over flowing with Tory scandals and ill timed comments.
Rees Mogg made a blooper and Cleverley actually made things worse when he tried to defend his colleague.
It would be hilarious but for the subject matter. What an absolute waste of political space and he (Rees Mogg) was running for PM just a short while ago

| As we've spoken, another one bites the dust; Alun Cairns, a Cabinet member, resigns over allegations that he was complicit in the deliberate sabotage of a rape trial.
The Tories - what a fine and upstanding bunch of basterds.

I agree - Cleverley looks out of depth and under prepared - to be out foxed by Piers Morgan who has pulled more of these stunts than anyone is the height of stupidity.
Labour have already made enough gaffs that the Tories should have had plenty of ammunition - even Morgan said today Labour's Brexit policy lacks any kind of credibility.
Less said about Mogg the better - doubt you will see him again in this campaign.
