The damage it’s done to this country by pussyfooting around these idiots and legitimising the complete garbage they come out with is probably irreparable.

They were quick to brand everything that remain came out with as project fear - even though anyone with half a brain cell could see what was going to happen - whilst they lapped up the lies because they are thick. The biggest problem for our future is Boris and his government. He is considered a fool and countries know that they can demand what they want in any trade deal because we are desperate. We have allowed free transit from Australia and India have also confirmed that free movement of people must be part of any trade deal.
We do not need to talk the country down because as stated the government are doing it on their own. They may like to keep saying global Britain, the problem is we are just a minor country whose significance is diminished in the world.

They're not though are they? They are cost of living rises that never come anywhere near close to the actual rise in cost of living.

The cost of living is out of control and about to get worse. Look at fuel - fuel surcharges on deliveries are at 20%+ - that's another cost that will be passed on. Energy bills are sky rocketing and national insurance contributions are going up in April (with the highest proportional increase being shouldered by the working class). The gap between the cost of living & accommodation and mean average incomes is going to widen massively over the next 12 months.

We've even now got Pritti Patel crying about EU countries not coming up with a solution to cross channel migration - we were supposed to be taking control of our borders! Another pup they sold to public that they are now desperately trying to deflect blame for.
