So Boris has invited Murdoch to accompany him to the Women's 800 metres finals this weekend. Locog gave the London Assembly tickets "to use for corporate hospitality to try and drive growth in London."
Now I may be a little unfair here but if any non-Brit knows London better than Rupert Murdoch, I'd love to know who they are.
Hopefully those in attendance will let the old man know what they think of him and if you're not going, just leave a message on your answerphone and he'll arrange for one of his lackeys to listen to it later.
