I like how the Johnson Tories are all about the court of public and ‘what I think the people of this country want…’ until something like this and then we should all wait for the results of the investigation.

I do also wonder about how so many people who have been able to navigate life with a modicum of competence choose to join Team Johnson. Cummings, Johnson’s second wife, Stratton et al. It is so obviously going to end badly for them. It was the same in the US with Trump.

It's good to see that, unlike his old boss, the ethics adviser actually has some ethics.
It' seems clear that Johnson wont be standing down, no matter how bad things become so, it will be a long, lingering, goodbye.
This has to be good news for the opposition but, maybe not for the general public
It looks like the only person who he feels is so unethical as him is de Pffell himself. I wonder if he will pay himself the additional salary that came with the post.
