The recent issues in London could have been (largely) avoided and to allow people in a tier 4 area to leave London "en masse" is bloody reckless.
The exodus, following the tier 4 announcement, should not have been allowed to happen.'"
Short of declaring martial law (and doubt that would have stopped everybody),i just don't see how people could have been prevented from leaving.
Afraid this is just another example of many thousands not accepting any social responsibility and its been like that since day one.
