Bought my first home through a 0 deposit scheme 2 years ago which the 8k deposit is now paid which included solicitor fees the cost been 79999

I can get a mortgage in principle for 110k (in just my name) I have seen a new house I would like as it is bigger what costs are involved in selling and buying roughly so I can get an idea of how much money I need to save for this. The house I have seen is up at 95k and as an extra bed room and easier to commute to a and from work.
