Quote: Durham Giant "If they force you out of your home get someone else to report them,
If they kill you get your widow to continue your campaign
Alternatively ignore the above advice and decide what you want to do based on the level of disruption it is causing you and what you think may be the ramifications of any action you take.'"
I'm afraid Sally's advice is about cock on and the way things have to be done in this modern era.
Everything has to be done by the book nowadays.
I lived in a block of six flats when I was younger.
Basically one of the tenants was a dealer and made the other 5 tenants of the block lives a misery.
Banging and bawling at his door at all hours. Druggies fighting in the foyer. Bodies flaked out on the stairwell.
Anyway he was warned several times by me, always full of apologies but failed to heed said warnings.
Old bill totally disinterested that me and my partners lives a couple of single women with kids and two fairly elderly couples lives (they were terrified) were being ruined by the one nugget in the block.
Cut a long story short me and my cousin sorted it but I ended up being charged with breaking and entry with intent to cause grievious bodily harm.
I went to crown court, barrister, jury, and fortunately got found not guilty.
Wouldn't want to go through that whole scenario again and I suppose the moral of the story is that you've got to do things by the book otherwise you only end up fooking yourself over which isn't that intelligent really.
nb -:
1, The arresting detective used the terminology 'breaking and entry with intent to cause grievios bodily harm'. I was charged and went to court for GBH.
2, I am anti-vigilanti-isum of any form.
3,When you are younger, wilder, less mature and things impact upon your own life then one can make serious errors of judgement.
