oh and i had already offered to set a standing order up off 20 a week that was refused then 30 which was also refused this was the day after court 3 weeks ago
There is a specific calculation, which you can google, that will work out what payment you are recommended to make. If you cannot agree a figure between you, then the CSA can do its own calculations and enforce them.
The calculation takes into account your wage, your ex partners wage, your outgoings, her outgoings, how many nights a week you have your child, whether you have a partner living with you, whether your ex-partner has a new partner, whether either of you have any other kids with other people, and whether your or her partner have kids with other people.
In other words, people on the sin bin can't tell you. You'll have to make your own enquiries.
