Contact is identified as full tackle competition rugby league. Contact does happen in our game there is identified as a version of non contact where the contact between players is kept to a minimum.

Basically the player should not use their body to perform a tackle than is deemed not making a suitable attempt to get to the tag and the player is deemed to attempting to take the player out.
