I'll miss the first couple of sessions as I'm currently working away during the week. Should be back on board by 25th March though.

Can your brother and co make it?

Not this week but I'll do my best to get them down the week after. Failing that I'll drag them along on the 25th.

great turn out for the first session lads,,, NOT, 4 players, 2 coaching staff, not good enough, lets get this sorted, this is going to be the hardest season so far, all the other teams weeks a head of use( training wise), we dont want to start the season like we finished the last match(grand final day), if we go with that attitude we will be the strongest team in the league,,holding them all up, so lets get off ower buts get to training(i know some cant), come on lads a big season ahead

Sorry boys, I should have posted up on here, me and Jakey couldnt make it. Jakey has just had Toby and I was needing a lift off him, my neck probably wasnt up for it either. But will be training next week for sure!

Sorry to say that I was annoyed that i couldn't make it due to studio production session. But doing some gradual training by myself and shall also be hitting the gymnasium.
