This event is one not to miss. There will be teams from as far afield as Fiji, Wales and Ireland. Games are 7-a-side (at least two players of the opposite sex on the pitch at all times). Games are strictly non-contact so we should be fine as we use this interpretation normally.

Teams are limited to a maximum squad size of 12.

All entries are dealt with on are first come first served basis. Given the amount of planning taking place and the advance notice I think this looks like it's going to be well organised.

It's £5 per player and we need to take 12. This will help the event cover costs and provide adequate facilities for us all on the day, changing rooms, grub, bar etc.

All we need are a few young ladies to join us. I've more or less got my sister roped in and Craig (Van Ginger) said he might know someone with some RL experience.

Suggest you ask around as it'd be best if we had at least 3 girls in the squad.

I'll be trying to rope in some lads from Rawdon so we have a full squad.

Given that it is a challenge cup weekend if leeds are playing on the saturday we could be struggling for players!

I'll try and cobble a side together made up of those of us that can make it and Rawdon players if Leeds are playing that Saturday. I'm sure we can get 12. Even so this tourno looks like one worth taking part in. I'd be happy to forgo a Bulls fixture to take part.

What if its Bulls v Leeds... you would still want to miss it I guess

Gather your kits, tents and beer at B&Q/Maplins at 10.30am or at the venue at 11.30am. I shall have a spare seat in the car and will take a spare tent if necessary.

I trust that you are all kitted out and have managed to buy, borrow or otherwise procure tents!

Gregor, are you and Kirk camping also?

If you have any cooler boxes, etc please get them chilled and fill them with the beer ready for the Beer Tent! Oh yes, I was serious!!

Are we putting 2 teams in or just 1 and will we need to borrow some females from other teams?

We could put two in but at moment we have one team booked.
I'll do a team sheet like the last oneicon_eek.gif We will be "borrowing" ladies as required, hopefully our beer and massage tent will entice them!?

Just to be clear, I will be travelling over Saturday morning, staying over that night and driving back Sunday morning (quite early). I'll have Michael, Tom and Paul with me together with three tents and the Beer Tent! If anyone wants to camp on the Friday night as well that is fine.

Everyone bring their own beer/snacks/water please, together with cool boxes/bags if possible. Playing shirts will be the "Gala Casino" ones. Scott, can you please bring a bag of tags?
