We created the Tag Merit League to help maintain the old IMBRL circuit. We had to make changes in 2008 to again move forward. To make another step forward with support of the RFL we needed to bring ourselves in line with the international community therefore having the biggest impact on our game since the birth of IMBRL.
6 months of hard work, debates, meetings and debates have gone on. The final rules are out there. Some games have gone well and some have gone not so well.
I am doing my best to work with teams and Tom (RFL) to help support the changes as well as uphold any complaints. It will take a while to get over the teething issues but please dont have a go at each other over it nor have a go at anyone over it.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
This is an incredibily hard job but we simply cant please everyone.
At it stands at the moment I want to see this through but at the end of the year I would like to step down from some one to take TML to the next level. If anyone wants to come forward feel free to let me know.
